Who we are

CNC Titan (cnctitan.com) is an export trading company based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. We buy machining in titanium and other hard-to-machine alloys from audited shops in a network we manage and sell finished parts to you: we quote the job, take the order, assign an engineer, follow production on the floor, inspect the parts and ship them. We do not own machines, and the contract for your parts is with us.

What we collect

• From buyers: name, work email, company, destination country, the part description you type, the alloy, quantity, process, tolerance, finish and certificate options you select, and any drawing or model you upload.
• From shops and suppliers: company name, city, contact name, email, website, machine list, how often you cut hard alloys, inspection equipment and what you supply.
• From everyone: standard server log data held by our host, which includes an IP address and is used for security and abuse prevention.

Why we hold it and what we do with it

We use your drawing to quote the part and, if you order, to produce it. The one shop that machines your part receives the technical package it needs under its confidentiality terms with us, and nothing more. Your name and company are not passed to the shop unless you ask us to.

If you ticked the NDA box, which is on by default, your files are held by us and not shared with anyone until the NDA is signed. We do not sell your contact details, we do not add you to a marketing list and we do not publish your drawing anywhere.

Form handling

Our forms are delivered by FormSubmit, which receives the form contents and passes them to our mailbox. Email for this domain is forwarded by our registrar. Both providers process your data only to deliver the message.

How long we keep files

Drawings and models are kept for 12 months from the day you send them, so a returning request can be picked up without asking you to upload again. After that they are deleted. Files for an order that was placed are kept for as long as we may need them to answer a claim on that order. Email correspondence is kept for as long as we have an active working relationship with you.

Cookies and analytics

This site loads Google Tag Manager, which may set analytics cookies in your browser. We use that data only in aggregate, to see which pages buyers read before sending a request.

Your rights

Write to and ask for a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion. We answer within 24 business hours. If you are in the EU or the UK you have these rights under the GDPR, and you can complain to your national data protection authority.

Changes

When this policy changes we update the date at the top. Material changes to what we share or how long we keep it are sent by email to anyone with an open request or order.
