We are a trading company. We bring the export order, the drawing review and the customer. You machine titanium, Inconel or hardened steel to print and invoice us. The buyer never sees your name and you never deal with them.

For CNC shops

How a shop joins

  1. Register

Machine list, how often you cut titanium or nickel alloys, what you measure with. Five minutes.

  2. Floor visit

Our engineer visits. Tooling and coolant practice for hard alloys, calibration, what happens to a failed part, whether a date holds.

  3. Terms in writing

Payment terms, inspection plan, confidentiality, how a non-conformance is handled. Agreed before the first order, not after.

  4. Purchase orders from us

Drawing already reviewed, material certificate already checked, our engineer at the first article. You invoice us.

Who fits

Four things we look for

  • Hard alloys as routine
You cut Grade 5, Inconel 718 or hardened tool steel every week, with tooling and coolant set up for it, not as an occasional job between aluminium runs.
  • Calibrated measurement
CMM or equivalent, calibrated, for the tolerances on our drawings. Hand tools alone are not enough for the features we call out.
  • Dates that hold
A schedule agreed with us stays agreed when another customer calls. We tell the buyer every week, so we need to know early.
  • Our customer stays ours
You deal with our engineer. The foreign buyer, the quote and the paperwork are not part of your job and not available to you.
What you get

Orders, not enquiries

A purchase order from us is a decision already made. The buyer has accepted our quote, the drawing has been through our engineering review, the material is specified or supplied with its certificate, and the inspection plan is agreed. You are not quoting against anyone and you are not chasing a foreign customer for a decision.

Payment comes from us on the terms we agreed in writing, and it does not wait for the buyer to pay us. Claims from the buyer are handled by us; what we agree with you about a non-conformance is in the same written terms.

Partner suppliers

Stock, tooling, coolant, heat treatment, processing

The network buys titanium and nickel alloy bar and plate per order, hardened and tool steel stock, coated carbide and inserts suited to hard alloys, coolant, and heat treatment, stress relief, anodising and passivation processing. If you supply any of those in Vietnam, register and we keep you on file for the orders where your product fits.

This is not a paid directory and not a lead service. Nothing is sold here. We ask technical questions when an order needs them, credit a good answer, and buy where the product and the price are right.

What we ask suppliers
  • Material
Grades and sizes in stock in Vietnam, certificate type, lead time for what is not in stock.
  • Tooling
Grades and geometries you recommend for titanium and Inconel roughing and finishing, and who in Vietnam stocks them.
  • Processing
Specifications you process to, lot sizes, turnaround, and the certificate you issue.

Questions

What shops ask us first

What does a shop in the network receive?

A purchase order from us in Vietnamese terms, with a drawing that has already been through our engineering review, the material arranged or specified, and the inspection plan agreed before the job starts. You machine to print and invoice us.

Do we deal with the foreign buyer?

No. The customer, the quote, the export paperwork and any claim are ours. You deal with our engineer, in your language, on your floor.

What does the audit look at?

Whether you cut titanium or nickel alloys regularly, how you tool and cool them, what you measure with and whether it is calibrated, and what happens to a part that fails. It is a visit, not a questionnaire, and it is repeated.

How and when are we paid?

On the terms agreed in writing before the first order. Payment comes from us, not from the buyer, and does not wait for the buyer to pay us.

Which shops are not a fit?

Shops that cut hard alloys a few times a year, shops without calibrated measuring equipment for the tolerances on our drawings, and shops that would rather deal with the end customer directly. We say so after the visit rather than string anyone along.
